Our Christmas stay was beyond expectations! The staff was super friendly and helpful, making us feel at home from the very beginning. The homemade meals were delicious, especially the traditional Christmas dinner which made us feel the festive spirit we were looking for. We also loved the fact that the location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and shopping centers. On top of that, the cozy and comfortable rooms provided us with a relaxing ambiance that helped us to unwind and enjoy our stay.
The only downside was the lack of air conditioning or a fan, which made the room quite stuffy and hot during the hot weather. , the absence of a minibar was a bit inconvenient, as we had to leave the room to grab drinks.

The hotel's staff was friendly and welcoming which created a warm atmosphere. Our ground floor room was suitable, and a high chair for our baby was provided upon request. the breakfast the next day was great. the location was good, surrounded by restaurants and shops.
The room was uncomfortably hot with no ventilation, and opening the window was not an option due to the noise from the busy street. the price was slightly overpriced for what was provided.

Our experience during New Year's at this hotel was great! the staff was very nice and welcoming. They provided us with a high chair for our baby upon request. the location was perfect, making it easy for us to get around. the dinner and breakfast were both excellent, with a variety of options to choose from.
It got pretty hot at night, and opening the windows to cool off wasn't an option due to the noise from the busy road outside.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly nice and provided excellent service. They were helpful with my requests, and the high chair provided for my baby was a great convenience. I also loved the delicious dinner and breakfast that were served - they were both excellent. Additionally, the ground floor room I stayed in was very convenient.
Almost perfect.
